Email [email protected]. Include your iOS version and roughly what you were doing when something went wrong. There is no in-app account, so that is the whole support channel.
Restore purchases
All Clear Unlock is a one-time non-consumable (com.condensr.allclear.unlock). Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Apple handles the receipt; All Clear only stores a local unlock flag so it works offline after restore.
Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Family Sharing is off for this product.
Unlock
Free: up to 5 checks and the full Leaving flow. Unlock ($1.99, one-time): unlimited checks, custom icons, and launch straight into Leaving.
The paywall is never on first open. It appears after 3 successful leaves, or when you add a 6th checklist item.
Face ID / Touch ID
Optional, off by default, and only gates Leaving — not the rest of the app. Biometrics are evaluated on device via LocalAuthentication. All Clear never sees or stores biometric data. Turn it on or off in Settings.
Widgets
Small and medium Home Screen widgets read the same on-device checklist through the App Group. They show status at a glance and can start Leaving. They do not toggle checks themselves. If a widget looks stale, remove it and add All Clear again from the widget gallery.
Privacy
Data Not Collected. No account, no analytics, no ads, no server. Full policy: Privacy.
